About the internship As a Talent Acquisition intern at Classpro, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent. Your role will involve utilizing your MS-Excel skills to track and analyze candidate data, as well as English proficiency for effective communication with candidates and team members. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels and social media platforms. 2. Screen resumes and schedule interviews with qualified candidates. 3. Maintain and update candidate databases using MS-Excel. 4. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback. 5. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs. 6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs. 7. Provide support in creating job descriptions and posting openings on job boards. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the recruitment process and help you develop essential skills for a successful career in Talent Acquisition.
