About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates from job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases 2. Screening resumes, conducting preliminary phone screenings and scheduling interviews for hiring managers 3. Collaborating with HR teams to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions 4. Acting as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions about the job role, company culture, and hiring process 5. Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the interview process, providing updates on timelines and next steps 6. Tracking and maintaining accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 7. Preparing reports on recruitment metrics, such as the number of applicants, interview outcomes, and time-to-hire statistics 8. Helping create and post job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, company website, etc.) 9. Organizing and scheduling interviews for candidates, ensuring availability aligns with hiring managers' calendars 10. Assisting with the preparation of onboarding materials and documents 11. Helping ensure a smooth transition for new hires by supporting the logistics and paperwork involved in their hiring process 12.
