As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition processes while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. 2. Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems. 3. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent. 4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. 5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires. 6. Assist in creating job postings and managing job boards and social media platforms. 7. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
