About the internship As a Talent Acquisition intern at GoMechanic, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes within a fast-growing automotive tech company. Your role will be crucial in helping us identify and attract top talent to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels. 2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 3. Support in conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications. 4. Help in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various platforms. 5. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience. 6. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote GoMechanic as an employer of choice. 7. Assist in maintaining recruitment data and generating reports for analysis and tracking.
