Job Description
About the internship
As a Talent Acquisition intern at Employee Forums, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in English proficiency, both spoken and written, while also gaining valuable experience in utilizing MS-Excel for recruitment processes. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels
2. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews with potential candidates
3. Coordinating interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates
4. Maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics in MS-Excel
5. Assisting with the organization of recruitment events and job fairs
6. Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
7. Collaborating with team members on various projects to improve recruitment processes and strategies
