About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. 2. Support onboarding by collecting documents and setting up employee profiles. 3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. 4. Gather timesheet data for payroll and address employee queries. 5. Coordinate training sessions, logistics, and attendance tracking. 6. Organize employee engagement activities and events. 7. Ensure policy compliance and assist in updating company policies. 8. Generate reports on recruitment and HR metrics. 9. Handle exit processes, including exit interviews and documentation. 10. Perform administrative tasks like emails, meeting schedules, and HR support.
