As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms 2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers 3. Manage the applicant tracking system and keep candidate records up to date 4. Support in drafting job descriptions and posting on job boards 5. Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract top talent 6. Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings 7.
