About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical roles. 2. Conducting initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. 3. Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for recruitment needs. 4. Crafting effective recruiting emails to engage passive candidates. 5. Supporting client partnerships by understanding and addressing their hiring needs. 6. Providing timely updates to clients on the status of open positions. 7. Engaging with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure seamless communication. 8. Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to monitor the hiring process's efficiency.
