About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source candidates from recruitment portals including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others after getting a good understanding of the job description 2. Screen resumes and the received applications 3. Conduct the first telephonic screening round and provide recommendations 4. Schedule system technical tests with candidates and follow up to ensure a timely response 5. Coordinate with candidates as and when required to schedule interviews before joining 6. Work on the applicant tracking system, internal databases, and dashboards 7.
