Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications. 3. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 4. Support in maintaining the applicant tracking system and updating candidate records. 5. Participate in college recruitment events and career fairs to attract new talent. 6. Assist with organizing recruitment events and initiatives to enhance our employer brand. 7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and contribute innovative ideas to improve our recruitment strategies.
