About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for delivery roles based on project requirements 2. Posting job vacancies on relevant job portals, social media, and community platforms to attract suitable candidates 3. Conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability and coordinating interviews with senior HR staff 4. Building and maintaining relationships with local communities and organizations to recruit delivery staff 5. Participating in community outreach programs to promote job opportunities and enhance talent pipelines Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 10th Oct'24 and 14th Nov'24 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply. Haqdarshak is a social enterprise working to make welfare schemes more accessible to citizens by creating a multi-state, multi-lingual, mobile technology platform that helps citizens discover, apply for, and benefit from, government and private schemes that they qualify for. They can use the platform through a locally trained facilitator, the Haqdarshak', or themselves, on payment of a small service fee, which makes it financially sustainable. The promoters have immense experience in entrepreneurship and grassroots work in this area. The Haqdarshaks, as they are called, are people from the community and working on an incentive-based model where the income is based on many citizens assisted in availing benefits of schemes.
