About the internship As a Talent Acquisition intern at Kale Logistics Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to identify and attract top talent for our growing organization. Your English proficiency and knowledge of MS-Excel will be essential in effectively communicating with candidates and managing recruitment data. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels 2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers 3. Manage recruitment database and update candidate profiles 4. Assist in crafting job descriptions and posting on job boards 5. Conduct reference checks and assist in making hiring decisions 6. Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract top talent 7. Support HR team in various administrative tasks related to talent acquisition This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
