About the internship Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: * Use job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to identify and attract qualified candidates. * Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Interview Coordination: * Schedule and manage virtual and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers. * Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates and interviewers. Address any logistical or scheduling conflicts promptly. First-Level Candidate Screening: *Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. *Document and share screening feedback with the recruitment team and hiring managers.
