About the internship Spinny is looking for a technical recruiter (intern) to be a part of the core TA team, responsible for scaling critical positions in Technology, Product Strategy, Design, etc. -- Optimize end to end recruitment strategy & process from collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing of candidates to offer, negotiation and onboarding. -- Manage the business hiring recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning across the functions & verticals. -- Support stakeholders to streamline processes to ensure an amazing candidate experience -- Identify the bottlenecks in the hiring process and build solutions to overcome them -- Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need & successfully close positions within timelines. -- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs to create and execute an effective hiring strategy. Required skills: -- Grad/Post-graduate in Human Resource Management equivalent. -- 3-6 months of Internship experience into Talent Acquisition/Recruitment will be a plus, but not mandatory. -- Excellent communications/written skills in English . -- Basic knowledge of cold calling, sourcing & screening through different job portals.
