About the internship As a Talent Acquisition intern at Whitefield Network, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of recruitment. Your primary role will be to assist our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within our company. Key responsibilities include: 1. Utilizing job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent 2. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews with candidates 3. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers 4. Assisting with the preparation of job offers and onboarding processes 5. Participating in networking events and career fairs to build a strong talent pipeline 6. Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed 7. Contributing innovative ideas to improve our recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
