About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handling TA operations for the recruitment team, which includes maintaining candidate pipeline trackers, and coordinating and scheduling interviews. 2. Source top-quality candidates from various job portals like Linkedin, Instahyre, Angelist, etc. 3. Assist in sourcing, and screening resumes 4. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them with any interview issues 5. Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through different methodologies 6.
