About the internship As a talent acquisition intern at Loadshare Networks Private Limited, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and develop essential skills in effective communication. Your role will be crucial in helping us attract and retain top talent for our growing team. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization 2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies 3. Utilize social media and job boards to promote open positions and engage with potential candidates 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process 5. Support in maintaining recruitment records and reports to track progress and measure success 6. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice 7.
