Your proficiency in MS-Excel will also come in handy as you assist in maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates 2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications 3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates 4. Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity 5. Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist in orientation sessions 6. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies 7.
