About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct extensive candidate sourcing through various recruitment channels, including job boards and social media platforms, to build a robust talent pipeline. 2. Review and meticulously screen resumes and applications to identify highly qualified candidates. 3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process. 4. Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 5. Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions, HR-related documents, and other required documentation. 6. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, facilitating all aspects of the recruitment process. 7. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
