About the internship Key Responsibilities Technical Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical roles using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. Conduct initial assessments of candidate profiles to ensure alignment with technical requirements. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain interview calendars, and ensure all logistical arrangements (e.g., virtual meeting links) are prepared in advance. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate tracking of recruitment pipelines. Generate reports on recruitment progress and metrics for internal review. Employer Branding: Assist in organizing online hiring events or job fairs. Requirements Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of technical recruitment processes and tools. Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed is a plus. Technical Requirements: Must have your own laptop.
