About the internship Associate Recruiter - Job Summary We seek an Associate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and lead employee engagement initiatives, combining talent acquisition with workplace satisfaction efforts. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; maintain a talent pipeline; ensure a positive candidate experience. Engagement: Plan events, recognition programs, and wellness activities; analyze survey results and improve engagement metrics. Skills & Qualities: HR basics, recruitment trends, and proficiency in Google/Microsoft Suite. Creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and effective stakeholder collaboration. Qualifications: Open to all academic backgrounds. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and enhancing employee experiences.
