Job description Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include • Handling full execution of the interview process, managing end-to-end vendor management • Managing candidate trackers and interview schedules • Tracking and following up on all candidates; evaluated the ability to connect with potential candidates and set interviews • Conducting initial phone interview screens to assess the candidate's skill level, interest, and cultural fit • Sourcing from job boards • Sharing the screened profiles with the hiring managers and coordinating interviews/tests for the shortlisted candidates • Ensuring smooth and timely communication with all the stakeholders (candidates and hiring managers) • Working with the relevant screening teams to ensure candidate screening is successfully completed including initial screening of incoming CVs • Assisting the HRBP in preparing weekly reports and timely updates in ATS • Handling regular interaction/daily meetings with team leads/managers to discuss requirements, and priorities, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, and future requirements, and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively Job Location: Taramani, Chennai About Company: Kaleidofin is a fintech platform that propels under-banked customers towards meeting their real-life goals by providing intuitive and tailored financial solutions.
