The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our EMR software used by dialysis clinics. Responsibilities: • Provide first-level support for application issues and inquiries. • Troubleshoot and resolve application problems in a timely manner. • Assist users with application functionality and features. • Collaborate with the development team to address and resolve complex issues. • Document support activities and maintain knowledge base articles. • Conduct training sessions for end-users as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Proven experience in application support or a similar role. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus. • Familiarity with software support tools and ticketing systems • Basic understanding of computer networks and operating systems.
