Sourcing & Development Intern (Northeast India)

About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Traveling across the North-Eastern states to identify and establish relationships with local manufacturers and artisans of organic products and handicrafts 2. Conducting field visits to source authentic, high-quality products, ensuring sustainable and ethical practices 3. Working closely with local communities to understand their crafts and organic production techniques 4. Evaluating potential sourcing areas, keeping in mind logistics, quality, and scalability 5. Documenting and reporting sourcing opportunities, challenges, and progress to the management team regularly 6.
