About the internship We are looking for a Software Development Intern to contribute to the development of our EdTech web platform. The platform will feature tools like Application Filling, Application Tracking, AI Profile Matcher, and Scholarship Finder, designed to streamline the study abroad process for students. This is an excellent opportunity to work on meaningful projects using modern web technologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain the EdTech web platform using React.js, Next.js, Express.js, and either MongoDB or MySQL. 2. Build and integrate features such as Application Filling, Tracking, AI Profile Matching, and Scholarship Finder. 3. Collaborate on designing intuitive UI/UX with the frontend team. 4. Write and maintain APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend. 5. Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure a smooth user experience. 6. Work closely with the team to align platform features with business objectives. 7. Stay updated on the latest trends in web development and implement best practices. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and Express.js for web development. 2. Experience with MongoDB or MySQL for database management. 3. Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration. 4. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts for integrating features like Profile Matching (a plus). 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code. 6. Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
