You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet our clients' needs and enhance our product offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Software Development: Design, develop, and implement software solutions that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable. - Coding: Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. - Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements, define functionality, and deliver high-quality software. - Testing: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of the software. - Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues within the codebase. - Version Control: Use version control systems like Git to manage code changes, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with other developers. - Agile Development: Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for software solutions, including design specifications, APIs, and user guides. - Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve software development processes. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience: Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a portfolio of completed projects. - Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or Ruby. - Frameworks & Tools: Experience with software development frameworks (e.g., .NET, Spring, Django, React, Angular) and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker). - Database Management: Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
