About the internship As a Social Work intern at Chain Bihari Ashray Foundation, you will have the exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged individuals in the community. With your English proficiency and event management skills, you will play a crucial role in organizing and managing various social welfare events and programs. Your dedication and passion for social work will help in creating a positive and inclusive environment for those in need. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in planning and organizing social welfare events and programs 2. Coordinate with volunteers and staff to ensure smooth execution of events 3. Engage with beneficiaries and provide support as needed 4. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of programs 5. Collaborate with other organizations and community partners for collective impact 6. Assist in developing strategies to improve the overall effectiveness of programs 7. Provide administrative support and assist in day-to-day operations of the foundation.
