Responsibilities Social Media Management & Content Creation Content Development: Craft engaging posts, campaigns, and LinkedIn updates. Design & Video Editing: Create visuals and videos using tools like Canva Pro, Photoshop, and Filmora. Platform Oversight: Manage LinkedIn and other profiles, ensuring regular updates and engagement. Branding: Align strategies with IMARC's branding goals to position the company as an industry leader. Analytics: Monitor and optimize social media performance metrics. Employee Engagement Internal Campaigns: Collaborate with HR to develop campaigns promoting employee well-being and motivation. Event Support: Design and promote initiatives like celebrations and team-building events. Storytelling: Highlight employee stories and achievements for internal and external platforms. Requirements Experience in social media management or a related role. Proficiency in Canva Pro, Clipchamp, Photoshop, Filmora, Vocalremover.org, and ChatGPT. Strong writing and content creation skills aligned with branding. Experience with LinkedIn branding and thought leadership. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of social media trends and SEO principles. Experience in employee engagement and campaign management is a plus. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields preferred.
