About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Schedule, block calendars, and record video interviews of bench resources 2. Edit and finalize video interviews for internal and external use 3. Capture and update professional headshots of all employees in relevant systems (CRM portals, and GreytHR software) 4. Organize and maintain a central folder for all employee headshots 5. Design graphics for events, presentations, and other marketing needs 6. Coordinate with the team across office to capture videos and photos of company events 7. Filter, edit, and upload event pictures for "Relay Pictures & Memories" on the same day 8. Update and maintain content for the CRM Feed Qualifications - 1. Strong interest in video editing, graphic design, and marketing. 2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). 3. Good organizational and Communication skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and creativity. 5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 6. Prior experience in video editing or design (internship or freelance) is a plus but not mandatory.
