About the internship The intern is required to undertake the role of social media management as well as administration. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in developing and executing social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and more. 2. Generate engaging content ideas and create compelling posts that resonate with our target audience. 3. Conduct keyword research and optimize social media profiles to enhance visibility and reach. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute email marketing campaigns that drive traffic and boost conversion rates. 5. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insightful recommendations for improvement. 6. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive online community. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing. 8. Perform data entries for purchases, sales, and other accounts. 9. Map transactions to the respective expenses incurred by the business. 10. Participate in month-end and year-end reconciliation processes and reports. 11. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for fulfillment on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Lobo Worldwide Inc. is a Canadian family-run company established in 2021 and located in Ontario, Canada. It is founded and run by 3 Canadian women, and two out of the three members are young adults. The concept of Lobo Worldwide Inc. was born in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to the global lockdown, consumers were gradually progressing towards their preferred online shopping platform. However, the occurrence of COVID-19 accelerated the pace of online shopping. Today consumers are looking to buy quality products at a reasonable price without having to set foot in physical stores. The founders of Lobo Worldwide Inc. are three women entrepreneurs who researched the global market via different social media as well as numerous online platforms. They noted three major customer complaints: inconsistent product quality, expired products, and faulty packaging with damaged goods.
