About the internship YouTube Management: Create and manage YouTube content calendars, ensuring timely posting of engaging videos and ads. Develop and execute strategies for organic growth, including SEO optimization, audience engagement, and content targeting. Conduct research on trending topics, audience preferences, and industry developments to create content that resonates with our target demographic. Facebook Management: Develop and implement Facebook content strategies focused on viral growth and local business stories. Curate and post engaging content (images, videos, stories, etc.) that reflects Karostartup's brand and mission, aimed at increasing reach and engagement. Identify and engage with local businesses and entrepreneurs to highlight their stories and contributions on our platform. Monitor and analyze Facebook Insights to track audience behavior and engagement, making adjustments to improve reach. Podcast Promotion & Community Engagement: Develop strategies to promote our podcast across different college networks, communities, and social groups. Reach out to colleges, student organizations, and relevant community groups to increase podcast circulation. After spending years in this ecosystem, we understood the challenges people face due to lack of knowledge and no mentorship at the individual level which result in most of the startups derailing from the path of success and ultimately ending up in failure.
