About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: a. Social Media Management: 1. Manage and enhance the presence of brand pages on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. 2. Create innovative campaigns, collaborate on content designs, and experiment with new formats to increase engagement and brand awareness. 3. Track social media performance metrics, analyze traffic, and suggest improvements based on data insights. b. Creative Campaign Development: 1. Plan and execute out-of-the-box social media campaigns that resonate with the target audience. 2. Design and implement A/B testing for creative elements and messaging to optimize engagement. 3. Collaborate with the design and content team to develop visually appealing and trend-setting content. c. Brand Strategy & Innovation: 1. Continuously brainstorm new ideas and contribute to the overall brand strategy with fresh, creative solutions. 2. Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and engaging brand voice across all social media platforms. 3. Analyze the success of past campaigns and develop strategies for future content.
