About the internship Mink Retail is a premium multi-brand outlet revolutionizing the retail landscape. With our first store in Gurgaon and plans to expand to 20-40 stores across India in 5 years, we're seeking a highly motivated Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. As a social media intern, you'll manage Mink Retail's social media presence, create engaging content, and develop campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales. sel 1. Manage and maintain Mink Retail's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). 2. Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels) to increase followers and interactions. 3. Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote products and events. 4. Monitor trending products and competitor activity. 5. Analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategy. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations). 7. Conduct market research to identify social media opportunities. 8. Coordinate with brands for content. 9. Travel to the store in Gurgaon for content creation sometimes.
