About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Research and propose trending topics related to Bollywood movie facts, reviews, trailer breakdowns, and celebrity news to enhance engagement on the channel. 2. Build and manage the overall social media strategy, and take responsibility for devising channel content strategy and optimizing videos in order to grow viewership and subscriber base 3. Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and hashtags based on YouTube SEO strategies to maximize reach and viewer retention. 4. Formulate the social media strategy and design visually compelling video thumbnails and posters that reflect the channel's tone and attract clicks. 5. Analyze and interpret data, define viewership patterns and growth metrics, and deliver compelling strategy recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis 6. Collaborate with the video production team on video formats and style to ensure consistency in content quality. 7. Derive insights from social media analytics and Google Analytics and measure the impact on engagement 8. Monitor competitor channels to stay updated on industry trends and video ideas. 9. Contribute to long-term content planning and creative strategy to maintain channel growth and engagement.
