About the internship Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm Working Days: Monday - Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays are off) Location: South Extension 2, Delhi Work Mode: 100% Work from Office As a Social Media Intern at our Delhi office, you'll support and enhance IIDE's social media presence on Instagram and Facebook. You'll help create, plan, and execute campaigns, develop engaging visuals, and craft compelling copy, all aimed at increasing our online visibility and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy and Execution - Manage our primary social media platforms, focusing on Instagram and Facebook. - Collaborate with the marketing and video teams to develop engaging content such as stories, posts, and reels. Collaboration and Flexibility - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective content strategies. - Be adaptable and proactive, willing to take on additional tasks as needed. - Perform other relevant duties as directed by the management. Requirements - A laptop capable of running Adobe Suite. - Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Suite. - Strong communication and writing abilities. - A passion for social media, with an understanding of current trends and best practices. - Creative thinking, adaptability, and a proactive attitude. - Experience in managing social media accounts, even as a fresher. - Certifications or additional skills in social media marketing or design. - Basic video shooting and editing skills (bonus).
