About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Learn and practice: Get to know our sales scripts and tools to do well in chats. 2. Reply quickly: Answer messages from followers fast - there will be many DMs to handle! 3. Get better each day: Join daily training and team calls to improve your skills in chatting. Important Details: 1. Guaranteed pay: You will get a guaranteed minimum pay each month, or a percentage of sales (whichever is higher). The amount depends on if the clients are from India or other countries. 2. Extra pay for night shifts: If you work at night with international clients, you can earn in dollars and get a percentage of each sale. 3. No limit on earnings: There's no maximum! Our best partners make a lot each month because of their hard work. 4. Flexible hours: For the first month, plan to work 6-8 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some days will be light (2-4 hours), and some may need more work (8-10 hours).
