Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Management Intern at HARVTECH LLP located in Chennai, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves tasks such as social media marketing, communication, content strategy, social media optimization (SMO), and writing. The intern will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, engaging with online communities, and implementing social media strategies. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills Communication skills Content Strategy and Writing skills Understanding of digital marketing trends Ability to work independently and collaboratively Knowledge of agriculture or sustainability is a plus Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Key Responsibilities: • Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. • Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and engagement opportunities related to agriculture, technology, and sustainability. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and optimize content for better engagement and reach. Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Research and identify new social media trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm fresh ideas and concepts. • Good knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
