About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Visit project sites regularly to capture real-time activities, stories, and impact moments. 2. Create high-quality and engaging content, including reels, videos, posts, and stories, for social media platforms. 3. Share raw files and edited content with the organization and receive approval from the partner organization before uploading. 4. Manage daily content posting across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and mission. 5. Collaborate with the founder to align content with organizational goals and CSR strategies. 6. Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategy and improve outreach. 7. Ensure all content reflects the transformative impact of Edspectrum's work on the ground. 8. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative campaigns and storytelling ideas.
