About the internship Key Responsibilities: 1. Content creation and posting: Comfortable being in front of a professional camera, collaborating with the social media team to create and post engaging content that aligns with the brand's tone, messaging, and objectives. Design posts, write captions, and ensure visuals are on-brand. 2. Engagement and community management Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions to build a strong community. Participate in conversations to engage followers, address concerns, and answer questions promptly. 3. Tracking and analyzing social media metrics Responsibilities: Track key metrics, including engagement rate, reach, impressions, and follower growth across all platforms. Compile weekly or monthly reports to identify trends, assess successful content, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
