Responsibilities: • Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and reels. • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement them into content strategies. • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting. • Assist in managing and scheduling posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest content improvements. • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions to build audience engagement. • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns. • Research competitors and industry trends to identify new content opportunities. Requirements: • Passion for social media marketing and content creation. • Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. • Ability to analyze social media insights and optimize content accordingly. • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of brand voice and audience engagement. • Strong organizational skills to maintain content schedules and campaigns. • Ability to work independently and contribute fresh ideas.
