Job description Job Title: Social Media/Marketing Intern Location: Thynk Beyond - Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Internship (Full-time) Duration: 3/6 months, based on company preference Reports To: Creative Director About Us: Thynk Beyond is a dynamic digital agency based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in innovative digital solutions, helping brands elevate their online presence through strategic marketing. We seek a creative and enthusiastic Social Media/Marketing Intern to help grow our online presence, engage our audience, and create compelling digital content. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). • Research and brainstorm creative ideas for social media and marketing campaigns. • Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities. • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly. • Assist in developing and maintaining a social media and marketing content calendar. • Support the design and editing of graphics, videos, and other multimedia content. • Track and report social media and marketing performance metrics, providing insights for optimization. • Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to align social media and marketing strategies with overall business goals. • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging social media and marketing tools. Requirements & Qualifications: • Fresh graduates or final-year students in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. • Passion for social media and digital marketing. • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content. • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
