About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct classroom observations, qualitative interviews, and FGDs in accordance with the research objectives. 2. Ask open-ended questions and use probing techniques to extract rich, detailed responses from participants using the structured interview guide provided. 3. Ensure interviews are recorded accurately and take detailed, accurate field notes that capture both verbal and non-verbal communication. 4. Analyze interview data and collaborate with the team to identify key themes and insights. 5. Travel to districts in UP for data collection, including visits to schools and government offices. 6. Work closely with the research team to refine interview protocols and improve data collection techniques. 7. Maintain ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and consent are adhered to throughout the research process.
