The Service Excellence Intern at Adda247 will assist the team in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The internship will provide exposure to strategies that ensure the highest levels of service quality, focusing on customer interactions, operational workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives within the EdTech environment. This position is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about customer service, process improvement, and has an interest in understanding how service excellence is implemented in the online education space. Qualifications and Skills: ● Educational Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Experience, Operations Management, or a related field. ● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM tools or customer service software is a plus. ● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with an eye for detail in reviewing data and customer feedback. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate with different teams. ● Customer-focused Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong desire to improve customer experience in an EdTech environment. ● Problem-solving Ability: Ability to identify issues quickly and assist in developing practical solutions. ● Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
