About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords for content optimization using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website pages by updating meta titles, descriptions, headings, and alt tags. Content Review & Suggestions: Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in new and existing content. Backlink Research: Assist in building high-quality backlinks by identifying outreach opportunities and tracking link-building efforts. Competitor Analysis: Conduct SEO audits and monitor competitor rankings, keywords, and strategies. Website Performance Monitoring: Use Google Analytics and Search Console to track website performance, traffic trends, and rankings. Technical SEO Audits: Identify and fix issues like broken links, 404 errors, slow page load times, and other technical SEO problems. SEO Reporting: Generate reports on keyword rankings, traffic growth, and other KPIs to track the progress of SEO efforts. Stay Updated with Trends: Research the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly. Assist in Local SEO: Optimize business listings on Google My Business and help with citation building for local SEO.
