Job Description

About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Actively engage with qualified leads generated by the marketing team, setting up calls and scheduling product demos to introduce potential customers to kkonnect.io's 'Automated Costing Engine' and 'Procurement Portal'. 2. Master the art of pitching our products, focusing on how they solve customer pain points and deliver value in the manufacturing and procurement space. 3. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into paying customers, guiding them through the sales process and addressing any concerns or objections. 4. Follow up on leads consistently, maintain communication with prospects, answer questions, and provide additional information to help move them to the purchase stage. 5. Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring that all leads are properly followed up and moved through the sales funnel. 6. Work with the marketing and product teams to gain a deep understanding of our solutions and refine sales strategies to better meet customer needs. 7. Regularly report on sales activities, including call outcomes, customer feedback, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for improvement.
