About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Outbound calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to individuals or businesses using provided lists, scripts, or databases 2. Product/Service knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company in order to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers 3. Lead generation: Identify potential customers through research, referrals, and cold calling, and maintain a database of prospects 4. Pitching and selling: Present product/service offerings to potential customers, highlight their value proposition, and address any concerns or objections 5. Customer engagement: Build rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication to understand their needs and tailor your pitch accordingly 6. Handling queries: Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and any promotions or offers 7. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
