About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct field visits for business or client-related activities. 2. Assist the finance team with cross-border payment processing and financial operations. 3. Help in onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth integration with RBK Payments' systems. 4. Monitor and assist with international payment processing, ensuring compliance and transaction accuracy. 5. Conduct market research on the international banking sector, focusing on trends, regulations, and best practices. 6. Generate financial reports, track sales activities, and provide updates on client onboarding and payment processes. 7. Contribute to the development of financial strategies for expanding market presence in cross-border payments. 8. Support client relationship management by providing timely and tailored financial assistance. Key Skills & Attributes: 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 2. Basic understanding of banking systems, payment processes, and international trade regulations. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 5. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning in a dynamic work environment. Preferred Experience: Previous internship or coursework in finance, accounting, or banking is a plus but not mandatory.
