About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Gain product knowledge: Learn about various types of marbles and tiles, their uses, and specifications to assist customers effectively. 2. Assist customers: Greet customers, answer their questions, and guide them through product selections based on their needs and preferences. 3. Maintain showroom: Keep the showroom organized, clean, and visually appealing, including arranging displays and restocking samples. 4. Support sales: Assist sales representatives by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing paperwork. 5. Generate leads: Identify potential customers through outreach and follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts. 6. Conduct market research: Analyze competitor products and pricing to provide insights that can inform sales strategies. 7. Perform data entry: Update customer databases and sales records to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales activities. 8. Collect feedback: Gather customer feedback on products and services to help improve offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
