About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in managing reservations and bookings through various platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 2. Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in person to provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities to drive revenue and increase occupancy. 4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions to maximize sales potential. 5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction during their stay. 6. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to enhance guest loyalty and retention. 7. Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills in sales, customer service, and hospitality management.
