About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner. 2. Generate quotes, assist with payment processing, and ensure smooth order completion. 3. Assign orders to tutors, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. 4. Handle order revisions and manage disputes professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Work on the quality check of questions data, editing & updating content using AI.
